1. Delivery time
All orders are handled on the first working day after placed order. (Orders placed on Fridays and during the weekend will be handled on Mondays) Expected delivery time are between 2-6 days depending on in which country you reside.
Our customer service are open from 08:00 - 16:00, Monday through Friday.
2. Shipping and Fees
Free freight on orders over 499,- SEK, 49,90 EUR and 360,- DKK
For orders under that amount, standard freight cost will apply.
Your freight cost will appear at check out.
We ship to all EU countries. For Norway, visit our Norwegian site - www.panos.no
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway.
All our prices are ink. VAT, Note that a customs fee can be applied, check the rules in you country for orders delivered from Norway.
For returns a handling/freight fee of 49,- SEK 35,- DKK / 4,9 EUR will be deducted.
Orders that are not picked up, will be charged the same amount ( for more information see section 13)
We use Klarna Checkout as payment solution.
At Klarna Checkout you can either pay by credit card (VISA and Mastercard), partial payment, or by invoice.

4. Customer information
Information you give us will not be passed on, it will only be available to people associated with Panos.com
You can request that information about you be deleted at any time.
Since the creation of a user account with us is considered an ongoing contractual relationship and an active user account as an existing customer relationship,we will market to, and communicate with, active users of our service.
The communication can take place, among other things, to specified telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.
When you create a user account, you undertake to:
Provide correct and complete user information.
Ensure that the user information is yours and/or that you have the right to act - including entering into binding agreements - on behalf of - the person or entity you register or act for.
Update user information if it changes. If you provide incorrect information, or Panos.com suspects that you have provided incorrect information, we reserve the right to deny you access to the service, change or delete content and/or cancel or withhold orders.
If illegal activity is suspected, we reserve the right to deny you access to the service, change or delete content and/or cancel or withhold orders.
As a registered user, you yourself are responsible for the security of your user account and your profile. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your user account and you undertake to:
Not share your username or password with others
Report to us if you think your user account may have been misused
6. Age limit
A binding purchase agreement can only be entered into with persons over the age of 15.
Credit purchases can only be made with persons over 18 years of age.
7. General rules
All prices are stated in SEK, DKK and EUR and include VAT. Custom fees may apply. Check the rules for import from Norway in your country..
For online purchases, the total cost is shown at checkout, including delivery costs, before the order is completed.
Disclaimer of errors:
The seller reserves the right to typographical errors, technical errors, price changes and out-of-stock items.
The content of the website can be changed by the seller without prior notice.
Cancellation of order:
If resale is suspected, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
Suspicion may arise with orders of large quantities or multiple orders of the same product.
Unlawful resale of goods supplied by the seller constitutes an infringement of the manufacturer's intellectual property rights.
Panos.com and all content included in the service are made available "as is" and without any form of guarantee or assured properties. We reserve the right, at any time, at our sole discretion, to discontinue and/or change the service or functionality, in whole or in part.
We strive to give our customers as correct information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right that typing/printing errors may occur, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to information provided in our online store or other marketing. If this occurs, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
For goods that are sold at a discount or in connection with a campaign, specific sales conditions may apply. Any added sales conditions are stated on the product's detail page and through marketing.. Sales and promotions apply until the stated end date or while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit the number of sales of an item or combination of offers, in connection with a campaign, to the same person within a period of time.
Panos.com is not responsible for content that you or other users or third parties make available or send through Panos.com. You yourself are responsible for the content of your user account and on your profile and also for the consequences of posting or publishing user content. You agree that we only act as an intermediary for your and other users' distribution and publication of content.
Panos.com may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, etc. Panos.com has no responsibility for content, services or products offered or made available on such websites.
9. Force majeure
If Panos.com is prevented from delivering or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome,
as a result of a labor conflict or any other circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as extreme weather, fire, war, mobilization or other unforeseen events of a similar scale, currency restrictions, shortages on means of transport, general shortage of goods as well as shortages or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as dealt with in this point,
Panos.com is exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaints and crediting the purchase price of defective goods.
Disputes on the occasion of the conditions and related provisions, as well as disputes concerning the mentioned and the following legal relationships fall under the ordinary courts.
Panos.com with logo is a registered trademark of Syversen International AB.
It is not permitted to use our name, logos, screenshots or images in a manner that is likely to confuse or imply sponsorship, endorsement or association without permission.
All content on these websites is owned by Syversen International AB, or a subcontractor of the said property, and is protected under, among other things, copyright, marketing and trademark laws.
This means that trademarks, company names, product names, information about products, including weight, images/graphics, design, typography and layout and other content on these websites may under no circumstances be downloaded, copied or used in any other way without this being explicitly permitted by non-derogable legislation or with the express prior written consent of Syversen International AB.
12. Right of withdrawal
At Panos.com, you have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase
To make use of this right, you must contact us through the form HERE or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order..
And follow the instruction given by customer service at Panos.com
If you return only part of the order the shipping costs will not be credited.
Return shipping cost of SEK 49,- / EUR 4,9 / DKK 35 is paid by the customer.
You can try on all underwear, swimsuits and bikini bottoms as long as you keep the plastic protection seal in the underwear/or use underwear. It cannot be exchanged/returned if the plastic seal/protection has been removed.
Sports bras can be returned, but upon return they must be "like new" without stains/smell and in the original packaging.
If you cancel a purchase, you will be refunded the value of the goods at the time of purchase after we have received and processed the return.
If you have paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card you used for the purchase.
If you are going to return all or part of your order and have chosen invoice as the payment method, you can postpone the due date yourself free of charge at Klarna
If this is not done, a reminder fee may apply before your return has been received and processed.
Payment charges are incurred by the customer.
We will update the invoice as soon as we have processed your return. If you have already paid your invoice, Klarna will contact you to get your account number so that they can arrange for repayment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
The item is not in the same condition as when you received it. Ex. broken seal, without labels, with odors or visible stains.
Intimate products (underwear, swimwear, socks and pantyhose). These can ONLY be returned if the item is unused.
You can, within 14 days after receiving your order, make a return, no reason needed.
A returned item must be in the original packaging and unused condition. To claim you right to return, please use our return form HERE or contact us at email@example.com. As soon as your return is accepted, use the return label, if you have misplaced this contact us and we will send a new by email.
Please note! Return shipping cost of SEK 49,- / EUR 4,9 / DKK 35,- is paid by the customer.
If you only return part of your order, the freight cost (if you have paid for that) will not be credited.
If you change your mind about your purchase, the items must be returned to us using the same courier that delivered the goods to you.
Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in the value of an item. To receive a full refund, is it recommended to return the product in its original packaging.
When returning the items, you should make sure that they are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package / items until received by us. So keep the receipt from the courier and if applicable the track and trace number.

14. Defects and complaints
Nothing is worse than when a product does not work or looks as expected and we want to fix that! In order for us to process your case as quickly as possible, we need some information from you:
Description of the problem
Picture/video of the problem - NB! The picture must be good enough for us to see the error. Therefore, remember to take the picture in good enough light and make sure that the area you are taking a picture of is in focus.
Important to remember:
Claims cover manufacturing defects and not normal wear and tear or self-inflicted damage.
After a defect has occurred, you must contact us within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after it has occurred.
Complaint period is 2 years.
Complaint requests can be sent via our return form HERE or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Normal processing time for complaint applications is 1-2 working days. As soon as we have had a look at your case, we will contact you with more information about what happens next.
If there are products missing from your package, this could be due to several reasons. There may have been an error in stock which has meant that we could not deliver the ordered item. You should then normally receive an email from us confirming this.
If you have not received this email, please contact customer service so that we can take a closer look at what has happened.
